5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Hayley the time she needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Hayley be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Hayley quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Hayley be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access? Please describe her proposed sleeping arrangements.
