About Inka
*** To apply for Inka, please complete the Adoption Enquiry Form on our website at www.animalrescue.org.au ***
Meet Inka, our gorgeous 'little' guy who's brimming with sweetness and full of infectious love. A playful and cheeky spirit resides within him, making each day an adventure full of laughter and fun. Inka's intelligence truly shines, as he already sits patiently for his meals and treats - a testament to his quick-learning abilities.
Inka is great to take for a walk on lead and loves nothing than to get out and about. Take him to a park, and watch as he gleefully runs around, immersing himself in play. A natural traveller, Inka is excellent in the car, eagerly accompanying you anywhere with his tail wagging in excitement.
Inka is a social doggo who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and adores people. But given his exuberant nature, he might be a tad boisterous for very young toddlers. He longs to be surrounded by people, showering his humans with the best cuddles and kisses. Additionally, Inka would thrive in a household with one or more furry siblings, as he relishes the companionship and socialization of fellow canine friends.
Currently in foster care with three larger dogs, Inka is becoming well-acquainted with both indoor and outdoor settings, gaining valuable social skills. He's now microchipped, fully vaccinated, and up-to-date with flea, tick, and worming prevention. Inka will be a larger sized dog when fully grown and ongoing training/puppy school is highly recommended. He currently weighs about 26kgs! so big doggy lovers needed. Inka is not suited to a home with cats, chickens or pocket pets - but would LOVE another dog or two.
For Inka to thrive, a fenced yard is essential, along with the ability to sleep inside and be an integral part of the family. With his irresistible charm and affectionate nature, Inka is ready to find a loving family who will shower him with love, adventures, and the joy of companionship.
