About Lexi
The Tiny Household Manager
While Lexi began her journey as a cautious soul, she has officially become an active and vocal household supervisor. She is a slow-burn girl who takes time to trust, but once you’re in her inner circle, you’ll realize she is full of personality and isn't afraid to tell you when you’ve misunderstood the assignment.
Why We Love Lexi:
The Are You Dumb Look: If she wants to play and you offer pats instead, she will gently slap your hand away, walk to her toy, and stare at you until you get it right.
The Morning Briefing: Every morning, she demands chin scratches and pats after breakfast
The Mother Hen: She has a favourite automatic ball that she chases, and then sits on it like an egg to keep it safe.
Netflix & Snuggle: When you settle on the lounge, Lexi will jump up and nudge your legs into her preferred nap position.
Playful Heart: She is a comical whirlwind of zoomies and pounces and loves hunting felt balls. (which she proudly carries around in her mouth)
Her Ideal Home:
Lexi would do best in a calm home without small children. A family with the compassion and patience to let her continue opening up at her own pace. Once she knows you are her safe person, she is incredibly rewarding.
If you are looking for a quirky companion who will reward you with specific leg positioning requests and morning purrs, Lexi is waiting for you.

To find out more information about this animal, or to organise a time to see them, please contact our foster carer listed who will take you through the adoption process.
Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
If you would like to sponsor an animal or to donate to DCH to help us assist more animals in need, then please visit the following page:
