Say hello to Dr Bojangles - a gentle, timid soul with the softest heart, just waiting for a safe place to call home. Like his sibling Mr Business, Dr Bojangles came into care with a group of cats and spent time in quarantine, missing out on early socialisation. But in foster care, he's been slowly learning that kindness exists and the world isn't so scary. He's still unsure about touch and new spaces, so he'll need a quiet home where he can start in a small, secure area and explore at his own pace. Dr Bojangles loves having cozy hidey spots and high-up shelves to perch on and watch the world go by. He would thrive with a patient, understanding adopter who can read his body language and give him the time he needs to feel safe. A friendly, confident cat companion could help him come out of his shell, and he may even do well with a calm dog. Teens or older kids who respect his space would be ideal.
