About Doza
Doza is a magnificent Australian Bull Dog with a heart full of love to give. Despite his 13 years, this dashing gent still carries the spirit of a young pup at heart, often toddling after his humans with boundless enthusiasm. He's resided harmoniously with other dogs (a meet will be needed), isn't fazed by cats, and adores children, making him a well-rounded addition to a family or as a loyal companion to anyone who cherishes canine company. Due to his elderly gait and legs older children and elderly dogs would be best.
He thrives in a serene environment, happy to indulge in sunbathing or burying himself in his cozy bed. Doza isn't big on daily walks but does have an endless appetite for cuddles and back rubs. His ideal day consists of keeping an eye out from his favourite window spot, ensuring everything is in order, and providing unwavering companionship to his humans.
This lovable lad is seeking a peaceful home in New South Wales where someone is present most of the day. Doza would do best in an environment where he can comfortably navigate, with mature animals or adults who can offer him the gentle care he deserves in his golden years. His health issues are typical for his age, with eye and skin treatments needed, but with the support of Rescue Hub, you won’t have to manage this on your own.
Doza's loving nature and gentle soul are ready to embrace a new family, offering loyalty and joy. If you're looking to light up your life with a devoted companion who relishes in the simple pleasures of life, Doza could be the perfect pup for you. His twilight years deserve to be filled with comfort, love, and the feeling of home, where he can bask in the warmth of human affection as he watches the world go by.
