If you believe that love and patience can work wonders, then you might be the perfect match for Helmet and Muppet, a bonded pair of shy but incredibly sweet brothers who are quietly waiting for a forever home filled with understanding and kindness.
These two gorgeous boys were born on the streets and came into care around 8–10 months of age. Life taught them to be cautious, but it never hardened their hearts. Though they were terrified of humans at first, they have never shown an ounce of aggression. Instead, their gentle souls have welcomed every other animal they've met, from big dogs to tiny guinea pigs with warmth and kindness.
Helmet has made amazing progress. Once shy, he’s now a total smooch with people he trusts. He adores pats, belly rubs, and has even perfected the art of the flirt. Muppet, his more reserved brother, is still nervous about touch but is incredibly curious and sweet. He watches you with gentle eyes, often approaching for a sniff or to quietly check in before retreating to his comfort zone. You can tell he wants to be brave and that’s where you come in.
These boys aren’t the “instant lap cats” many adopters look for but what they are is something even more special. They are the kind of cats who will slowly, day by day, begin to trust you and when they do, the reward is truly profound.
There’s a deep, unspoken bond that forms when you earn the love of a timid cat. It's quiet, but it’s powerful. We know shy cats often get overlooked but that doesn't make them any less deserving. We took in Helmet and Muppet knowing they’d be a challenge to place, but we also know how much joy and charm they have to offer.
They still have gorgeous fun kitten energy at play time and they’re easy to love once you understand them. We believe someone out there has just the kind of heart they need. If you think that might be you, we’d love to introduce you to two of the most gentle souls you'll ever meet.

All our cats and kittens are in foster care, we do not operate a shelter or shop, so please send through an enquiry.
We have a detailed online adoption questionnaire for you to fill out. This will then be followed with a phone interview with the rescue Director and then the animals Foster Carer before we allow a meet and greet to take place with the animal in their foster home.
All cats and kittens in foster care are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated prior to adoption.
