Hi, I’m Tora!

I’m a sweet little kitten with a soft heart, big curious eyes.

I’m still learning about the big wide world. Loud noises can spook me a little, and I tend to keep my distance from visitors at first, but I’m slowly getting braver. I don’t run and hide right away anymore, I’ll watch curiously from a safe spot. I think with a gentle, patient human, I could really blossom into a social butterfly… or maybe a social kitten?

When I play, I make the cutest little chirping noises. I can’t help it, I just get so excited! I love my toy mice and chasing them all over the place, though I haven’t quite figured out the “bring it back” part. My foster mum says I’m a very good boy, I don’t scratch the furniture or get into mischief, mostly because I’ve got my brother to keep me entertained. I’m also what she calls her Velcro bestie because I follow her everywhere, and I’m always at the door to greet her when she comes home. She says it makes her heart melt.

I’m not really into being picked up (it’s a bit scary), but I do love to cuddle up near you and get gentle pats. In fact, I ask for pats all the time. I might not sit on your lap, but I’ll be your little shadow and loyal companion, always nearby, always watching, always ready for a scratch behind the ears.

I think I’d be happiest in a calm, quiet home. Maybe with a kind single person, a couple, or a peaceful family with older kids who understand I might need a little extra time to settle in. I haven’t met any dogs or other cats (besides my brother, who is obviously the best), but with time and slow introduction I feel we would become best of friend.

More than anything, I just want a safe, loving home where I can keep growing into the confident, affectionate boy I’m meant to be, and I’d love it even more if my brother could come with me. We’re quite the pair, and we promise to bring double the love, double the fun, and double the cuddles.
