Hi, I'm Robbie - a big-hearted, goofy lad on the lookout for my forever home.

I'm an 11-month-old Rottweiler mix with legs I haven't quite grown into and a whole lot of love to give. I was found as a stray, and sadly, no one ever came to claim me. But I haven't let that get me down - I know my perfect family is out there somewhere.

At almost one year old, I'm what you'd call an adolescent - strong, energetic, and still learning the ropes. I've got that classic teenage dog vibe: full of enthusiasm, easily distracted, and a little clumsy with my feelings (and sometimes my paws). But I'm eager to learn, and with the right people by my side, I know I'll thrive.

Training is definitely on the to-do list, but the good news is I love food - and if the fastest way to a man's heart is through his stomach, then I'm already yours. I'm super motivated by treats, so teaching me manners, focus, and how to be the goodest boy won't be too hard - especially if you've got snacks in hand.

I love adventures, exploring new places, and using my nose to take in the world around me. Long walks, beach runs, hikes - count me in! I'd love a home where I can be part of the action, and maybe even have a doggy sibling too (with a proper meet and greet, of course).

Because I'm such a big, bouncy boy, I'd do best in a home with older kids or teens who can handle my enthusiasm and help me learn how to channel it in the right direction. I'm still learning how to greet other dogs politely and keep my excitement in check, so slow introductions and ongoing socialisation will be really important.

My birthday is on October 23rd, and while it's looking like I might spend it in the shelter, I'm really hoping for a better gift - a home, a family, and someone to believe in me.
