About Ben
Ben is a loving and laid-back 2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier who is looking for a family to call his own. Unlike the typical high-energy Jack Russell, Ben is a more relaxed version of the breed. While he enjoys his walks and playtime, he’s very happy to spend time lounging around and just being with his humans. Of an evening he likes nothing better than snuggling close to his people and a good belly rub. He’s got a calm, easygoing demeanor and thrives when he’s close to his family. If Ben was to be an only dog he would require his family to be home more often than not, he would not be ok being left alone for long periods.
Ben absolutely loves kids and is very gentle around them, his sweet and affectionate nature makes him an ideal companion for families.
Ben is looking for a home where he can be part of the family but doesn’t need a high-energy lifestyle. He does love to get out and about and explore new places, he’s a really good boy in the car and loved his beach adventure. He would thrive with a family with kids but also that has plenty of time to shower him with love and attention.
He’s not overly playful with other dogs, but he’s certainly not a loner either—he would enjoy the company of another dog but not one that constantly wants to play.
If you think Ben could be the right fit for your family, please get in touch with us to schedule a meet-and-greet! He’s ready to settle into his forever home and fill your life with calm affection and unwavering loyalty and lots of love. He is in foster care at Raymond Terrace and his adoption fee is $600
