About Pishi & Maloos
Pishi and Maloos are two mischievous brothers who were born on a farm and rescued as young kittens, their exact birth date is not known but they were born in September 2024, making them now just over a year old.
They have been together since birth and are very close with each other. A home that would be open for both the brothers would be ideal, it would be heartbreaking to separate them!
They are domestic short haired cats. They are both vaccinated, desexed, wormed, microchipped and toilet trained.
They love to spend their nights cuddled up by your side. They are two very healthy and happy boys. Their favourite toys are anything on a string, balls to chase, and little fake mice.
They are very gentle and curious, they have never shown signs of aggression or fighting. They have never been around dogs. They haven’t been around children much but have been gentle when they have.
Maloos (more black on his face):
Microchip #956000018833827
Effortlessly social, friendly and an adventurous kitty. He loves meeting new people, following you around as you go about your day, he is extremely friendly with other cats and people. And always down for a good massage and cuddle.
Pishi (more white on his face):
Microchip #956000018809180
He is just a love sponge. He is the calmer big brother. Spends his time sunbathing, grooming his brother Maloos or snuggling by you. One of the cuddliest cats ever. Pishi is a bit wary of strangers but once he knows you he gives you so much love and cuddles and will follow in your shadow.

Adoption details
Thank you for your interest in a rescue cat! They can make the most wonderful friends and family members.
Our rescue cats have varied histories and stories and as such they each require a different home environment, we ask prospective adopters a series of questions aimed at making the perfect match so please dont be offended when asked questions. We do not adopt to a first in first serve basis and only adopt to the most suitable home possible. If you are outside Ballarat we ask that you make time to have a 30 minute video-chat with us and the kitty you are interested in so we can get to know you a little better and you can see the kitty in its home environment before coming up to Ballarat to adopt, if you are local then we hold a meet and greet at the foster home of the kitty. We only offer video chats and meet and greets to the most suitable homes.
All of our cats at Cat Lovers Ballarat are rehomed as strictly INDOOR ONLY cats and we ask that all prospective adopters only apply if they are capable and comfortable with this.
Please have patience with us as we go through all applications and make our decisions to move onto phase 2 and offer meet and greets, this can take days and sometimes a week to go through, you will be contacted whether you are successful or not.
Thank you again for your interest in one of our rescue cats!
