About Olive
*In foster care in Drummoyne, Sydney*
Olive is a gorgeous ragdoll with bright blue eyes and an irresistible personality! Super-friendly and sociable, she loves to curl up near her foster parents and even sleeps at the end of their bed. She's also playful, talkative, and very serious about her food :)
After a tough time on the streets after she was dumped by her former owners, Olive has bounced right back to who we know she must have been before - a wonderfully sweet, trusting and playful girl with so much love to give!
Like all Maggie's pets, Olive is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'll thrive in a loving home with plenty of space where I can run around, play and hide! My favourite hobby is bird watching, so a big window to look out of in the morning would also be amazing. Oh, and I get along great with kids - so I'm very open to family life!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Medium, I'd say. I like the occasional game with my toys, but generally not for long. I do get the zoomies pretty often, and perform ‘cat parkour’ on the furniture for your entertainment! Otherwise I enjoy lazing around, curling up on the couch and snoozing the day away.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I can be a bit cautious at first with young children, but tend to warm up very quickly - even faster if they give me gentle pats :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Since arriving in foster care I haven't spent time with other pets apart from my kittens, so this is unknown at this stage.
Medical notes
It's not a condition as such, but Olive has one eye that doesn’t close. This has no effect on her health or happiness. It's just worth pointing out, because she literally sleeps with one eye open! Olive also has a slight head tilt. Vets are unsure why but it doesn't seem to affect her apart from making her look even cuter.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
