About Kitty
Kitty - Female Tabby | Gentle Soul
Meet Kitty, a lovely tabby girl with soft stripes and an even softer heart. Though she may be shy at first, Kitty has a sweet and gentle nature that blossoms beautifully once she feels safe and settled.
She enjoys quiet spaces, slow approaches, and most of all - a kind hand offering gentle pats. With patience and understanding, Kitty slowly builds trust, rewarding her special person with calm affection and quiet companionship.
Kitty would do best in a peaceful home where she can take her time to adjust at her own pace. If you're someone who values the quiet bond that comes from earning a cat's trust, Kitty could be the perfect addition to your life - a soft, steady presence with lots of love to give when she's ready.
To book a meet and greet with Kitty please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au .
Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
