Meet Stella & Patch – Two Adorable Pups Looking for Their Forever Home!
Stella and Patch are a beautiful young duo who, through no fault of their own, are looking for a loving new home. Their people have made the difficult decision to surrender them due to lack of time, wanting only the best for these two sweet pups who deserve all the love and attention in the world.
These adorable siblings who are still learning about life in a home environment will need some time, patience, and guidance to settle. With consistent support with their basic obedience and house training, they have lots of potential to thrive. They're eager to please, smart, and love learning new things — especially when there are treats and cuddles involved!
Patch is an enthusiastic, affectionate boy who gets a little overexcited and unsure around other dogs. He's still learning his manners but will soon gain confidence and polish his social skills.
Stella is the calmer of the two when meeting other dogs, though she hasn't had much exposure yet. She's gentle, curious, and will thrive in a supportive environment where she can slowly build her confidence.
Their ideal home would be one where they are included as part of the family, with humans who have the time, patience, and love to guide them through puppyhood. They'd do best in an active home that enjoys playtime, walks, and plenty of snuggles. We're happy to hear from adopters or carers who feel ready to help them on this journey. They could be placed together or separately. Patch would do best with a calm, older dog who can help guide him, as he can be a little boisterous at times.
If you're ready to open your heart and home to two loving, clever pups who will give back tenfold in affection and joy, Stella and Patch are waiting to meet you.
Neither Stella nor Patch have been tested with cats.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped,
wormed, and flea treated. All necessary vetwork such as dentals,
surgery, eye treatment are also carried out. We are no longer heartworm
testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If
a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer free assistance for six weeks for any issues, a lifetime takeback policy with full refund of the adoption fee, and will always be available to offer advice.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.

We look forward to receiving your application.
