Medical notes
The Rescue shall book Sylvester's Desexing procedure with their specific rescue vet (only!) when of eligible age/weight (from 12wks/1kg and mandatory before 16 weeks and strictly no later). We shall email you the associated vet booking clinic/date/time and pre-surgery instructions closer to this date along with a day before email reminder of the appointment.
Adoption details
Online adoption application.
Rescue administration member will contact Applicant via Email/Phone to organise meet and greet specifics.
Post meet and greet, if successful for adoption Rescue administration member will contact Applicant via Email/Phone with offer of Adoption.
Post adoption handover to successful applicant will commence 14-day adoption trial period. At the end of this trial period Rescue administration member will email the finalised documentation (adoption certificate, vet work certificates and microchip change of ownership form/information for action by applicant).
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
