About Abby
Abby has been a difficult one to place as she can be quite reactive in stressful situations. She needs plenty of time to settle in her own way without any pressures of wanting to pick her up etc. She is not suitable for children or elderly people due to this risk of misunderstanding her. She would be perfect for a safe barn cat situation where she could do her own thing and not be expected to act a certain way. But still come around for pats and attention. She shows promise of being a very affectionate cat while she is settled in her single cat enclosure and smooches up to people and will even does somersaults for attention. She is not aggressive but is unpredictable if you don't have the desire to understand her. She also doesn't like other cats in her space.
Though she is non reactive around dogs.
Her history is unknown prior to being on death row at a QLD pound so maybe something happened to this young cat to cause her to be this way. She just needs a chance in the right home with patience and understanding.
Will you be her savior?
