Medical notes
We will book the Desexing procedure when they are of eligible age/weight (from 12wks/1kg and mandatory before 16 weeks strictly no later). We shall email you the associated vet booking date/time and pre-surgery instructions closer to this date along with a day before email reminder of the appointment.
Adoption details
Online adoption application.
Rescue administration member will contact Applicant via Email/Phone to organise meet and greet specifics.
Post meet and greet, if successful for adoption Rescue administration member will contact Applicant via Email/Phone with offer of Adoption.
Post adoption handover to successful applicant will commence 14-day adoption trial period. At the end of this trial period Rescue administration member will email the finalised documentation (adoption certificate, vet work certificates and microchip change of ownership form/information for action by applicant).
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
