About Daisy
***** To apply for Daisy please visit www.animalrescue.org.au to complete an Adoption Enquiry Form ****
Meet Daisy, the petite pup with a heart full of love! Weighing just 3.6kgs, Daisy may be small in size, but she is a gentle and quiet companion who is sure to fill your home with warmth. Her adorable bark will announce visitors at the door, providing an added little layer of security and a chance for friendly greetings.
Daisy thrives in a calm and gentle household, making her the perfect match for a retired person or couple who can shower her with all the attention she deserves. She also tends to do well with other small dogs, so a furry friend of similar size would make her transition even smoother. Keep in mind, though, her tiny size means very secure fencing is essential to keep her safe and sound.
This lovely lady is crate trained and 90% house-trained, which means she gets along well in the home once she's had a chance to settle into her new surroundings and feels secure. Daisy finds joy in simple pleasures, like joining you on the couch for some quality time together, receiving tasty treats, or taking leisurely walks around the neighbourhood to satisfy her curiosity.
Daisy has not been tested around cats or other animals, but she could adapt to new family members in a supportive environment. She'd be happy sharing her space with other small dogs, adding to the joy and companionship she brings. If you're ready to welcome a sweet little soul like Daisy into your life, she’ll prove to be the gentle, loving friend you’ve been searching for.
** We do not know Daisy's breeds but we are guessing Poodle X maybe Maltese or Yorkie. Pics are after grooming except the one long hair pre groom pic.
Daisy's ideal home:
- secure yard
- must sleep inside with her humans
- another small and gentle dog preferred
- 2 walks a day
- initial toilet training in her new home may be needed
- a retired person or couple
- a gentle home
