Jimi will need a calm, patient home to help him feel safe and comfortable. He should be introduced to a small, quiet area initially, with any hard-to-reach spots and escape holes securely blocked off. Large, open spaces can overwhelm him, so it's important to allow plenty of time for him to settle before exploring the rest of the house.
To help Jimi feel secure, his home should include various safe spaces such as scratching posts, cat trees, cozy hides like cardboard boxes or cat igloos, and access to shelves or dressers. These high and low spots will give him places to retreat and observe, helping build his confidence.
Jimi is naturally timid when entering new environments and will need an adopter who understands that trust takes time. With patience and gentle encouragement, he'll gradually reveal his true, sweet personality.
