About Lunar π
Lunar is a gentle little soul who's still learning that the world isn't such a scary place.
Once she feels safe, her personality starts to shine and you'll be rewarded with her loud purrs. She especially loves chin scratches and pats on the bum, and she's even been known to make biscuits when the cuddles are just right.
Though she's cautious at first, Lunar warms up beautifully with consistent love and reassurance. She's friendly with other cats and with time and stability she will blossom into a trusting & affectionate cat. Sudden noises and barking dogs and loud young children can startle her, but a calm/patient home will help her confidence grow.
Lunar is looking for adopters who understand that building trust is a journey. She doesn't need rushing, just gentle encouragement and the freedom to come out at her own pace. In return, you'll gain a devoted little shadow who adores her people and is happiest by your side for scratches and pats.
If you've got a quiet home and a big heart, Lunar will be your shining star!

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Hereβs how our adoption process works:
Submit an application β This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat β If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet β Youβll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees itβs a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment β Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
Weβre committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isnβt in the best interest of the animal.
