Broccoli

Hi... um... I'm Broccoli. I know, it's a funny name - but I promise, I'm just as good for your heart as the real thing. I'm a very gentle soul, but the world is... a lot for me. Loud noises? Sudden movements? Strangers? I wilt a little. Okay, sometimes a lot. I'm what you might call an anxious veggie - I mean, cat.

I've had a rough start, and it's made me cautious. I need a home that understands I'm not going to be your lap cat overnight, but that doesn't mean I don't want to be loved. I do. I just need to learn how.

With the right support, slow introductions, a calm environment, behaviour guidance, and someone who speaks fluent "gentle", I could grow into the brave little broccoli I was meant to be. I might always be a little steamed and squishy around the edges, but that doesn't make me any less worthy of love.
