This handsome gentleman is Sebastian and he's on the lookout for his new home.

He is sweet, loving, playful, affectionate and basically everything you could ever want in a cat.

He was well loved by his previous owner but sadly they found themself suffering from some medical issues and could not longer give Sebastian the love he deserved, so they made the tough decision to reach out to us to find him a new home.

He comes from a loving household and has a lot of love to give.

This handsome boy is as talkative as he is sweet and is always ready to have a little conversation with his person. When you get home from work he will literally come rub up against your legs and ask you how your day was.

When he's not talking your ear off he's a gentle and affectionate companion who enjoys pats and cuddles and just generally hanging out by your side.

Sebastian has a very easy going and patient personality which makes him great with kids and other animals, including dogs. He previously lived with a puppy and they would often chase each other around the house, and when they ran out of steam, take naps together.

As a young man he also has plenty of energy and will always be in the mood for play. If you get your hands on a wand toy he will happily chase that around for hours.

He would make the perfect addition to a calm, caring home that enjoys a chatty, loyal feline by their side. We could see him doing really well as a family cat in a household with older kids. But with his gentle manner he would suit almost any household.

He will most likely be quite shy when he first arrives but with time and love his beautiful personality will begin to shine through and you'll find yourself with a sweet and smoochy companion on your hands.

Sebastian is approximately 2 years old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
