Meet Lazarus – the happiest boy with the biggest heart!

Lazarus is a solid, handsome lad who loves with his whole heart. He may weigh in at 18kg, but he’s convinced he’s pocket sized and will plonk himself on anyone (dogs included) who offers even the tiniest bit of affection. With his zest for life and constant smile, Lazarus is pure joy wrapped in fur.

This boy adores playtime and is wonderfully social. He loves engaging other dogs by trotting over with a toy and throwing down a play bow. Balls, toys and especially his beloved soft teddies are never far from his mouth. Despite his bursts of energy, Lazarus is quick to settle down the moment he’s offered a cuddle.

He’s also toilet trained which is one less thing for his new family to worry about. Lazarus has learned that good manners pay off, patiently laying down and relaxing before his meals are served. Crate training is still a work in progress, but he happily settles in for the night as long as he has a few toys and his favourite teddies to snuggle up with.

He’d thrive with a playful and confident doggy companion but is equally happy soaking up all the love for himself. Lazarus walks well on lead, sniffing all the aromas the outside world has to offer but can forget his manners when he sees another doggy or human. He’s looking for someone committed to continuing his training and socialisation so he can be the very best version of himself.

He rocks a white coat and has pink tones around the nose/eye area so will need ongoing sun protection when enjoying nice sunny days.

Lazarus is more than just a handsome face. He’s a loyal, loving soul who deserves a forever home where he’ll be cherished and adored.
