About Wellen
🌿 Meet Wellen 🌿
✨ 2.4 years old | Female Tabby | Graceful, Gentle, and Sweet ✨
Wellen is a soft and elegant little lady with the heart of a quiet dreamer. At 2.4 years old, she's the perfect mix of playful curiosity and calm companionship. With her beautiful tabby coat and thoughtful golden eyes, Wellen is the kind of cat who brings a gentle presence into any room she enters.
She's not shy - just selective with her energy. Wellen appreciates a slow, respectful approach at first.
Wellen loves a good pat (especially between the ears!), and she'll quietly nudge you for more once she's comfy. She enjoys peaceful moments, sunny windowsills, and the occasional burst of play - especially if it involves a ribbon toy or a soft crinkly mouse.
She'd do best in a calm, loving home with someone who understands the beauty of building trust. Wellen doesn't need to be the center of attention - she just wants a cozy space, a kind heart nearby, and a little time to settle in at her own pace.
Once she's comfortable, Wellen truly shines - affectionate, loyal, and always ready for a quiet cuddle or a gentle chat. She's not demanding, just deeply appreciative of tenderness and respect.
If you're someone who values quiet companionship, and you believe the best bonds are built slowly and sweetly, Wellen may be your perfect little soulmate. 🐾💕

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
