Eve

Meet Eve, a stunning Staffy puppy with a wrinkled brow, soft black fur, and simple white spots on her chest and toe.

Born in care alongside her 10 siblings, to a beautiful black Staffy mum and handsome ginger Staffy dad, Eve has already shown herself to be a sweet little girl who likes cuddles, wrestling with her brothers, and bravely investigating new sights and smells in the garden. Dried leaves are her favourite!

Eve expresses herself in different ways. She has her introvert side where she'll take herself off for some personal space and a quiet nap in the pen or come looking for some 1:1 attention and cuddles from her humans. Eve is affectionate - loves a full tummy rub and face kisses - and intelligent; she sits and waits for treats and is trying to grasp paw shake.

Eve also has a wild side that comes out with physical over-stimulation, telling her brothers that they are encroaching on her space, or excited rough and tumble play (usually instigated by Eve!). It is at these times where she expresses herself vocally (barks, growls, nips). Her foster carers believe that Eve is still learning to control natural puppy impulses and are working with her to minimise any inappropriate outbursts or overwhelm.

For this reason, we expect the best setting for Eve will be a calm, dog-experienced single/couple home (possibly with teen children), where Eve can receive the love, attention and training she deserves and needs. An older dog, preferably male, to be her romp-buddy and help her learn the ropes would be the perfect scenario. It is also a requirement of ownership that Eve receives formal puppy training.
