About Diego
Looking for a professional cuddler with a huge heart? Meet Diego, a classic orange love-bug! This sweet boy's life goal is to be as close to his people as possible -especially when it's time to sleep. He'll happily curl up right next to you on your pillow!
When he's not busy cuddling, Diego is focused on his second life goal: eating all the food as fast as possible. This silly and playful boy is incredibly chill and gets along with other cats. He'd also be happy as an only pet or with a dog companion. Diego's super affectionate and will likely adjust to any family, so get ready to welcome this sweet, chill boy into your home!
Like all Maggie's pets, Diego is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I would love a home where my humans are around often and I can get lots of love and attention! I am a very chill and social boy, so I would love to have other feline or canine companions. As long as you have lots of cuddles and food to give, I'm happy!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still a little kitten! I love to have crazy play sessions and zoom around the house, but after all that fun, I'm ready for a lovely long nap. I'm the perfect mix of playful and cuddly
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't had the chance to meet any children yet, but I'm a pretty chill guy. I would love a family with older kids who can be gentle and maybe play with me, too!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along great with other cats! I'd love a feline friend to play and snuggle with. I'm also open to meeting a dog, as long as they're a cat-friendly pal!
Medical notes
Diego has recovered from cat flu in the past but his eyes occassionally still weep. In times of stress, symptoms such as sneezing may flare up.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
