Buffy might not be fighting vampires, but she’s certainly battled her fair share of bad luck — rescued from a pound just days before giving birth to her eight gorgeous pups, this little kelpie legend has proven herself to be one tough (and loving!) mum.

As her pups approach weaning we're on the hunt for Buffy’s new family. She will be available for adoption at the end of October under a foster-to-adopt arrangement. Her adoption fee includes her desexing and vaccinations, with adoption finalised once her desexing is complete at one of our partnered vet clinics.

House trained and very well-mannered

Walks beautifully on lead

Great recall around the yard and sits on command like a pro

Polite with food and gentle taking treats

Barks at strange noises – she’s especially suspicious of that noisy washing machine! 🌀

Buffy is the ultimate all-rounder — affectionate, clever, and full of personality. She loves being part of whatever’s going on, whether that’s tagging along for a walk, helping with chores, or curling up beside you for a nap. She’s got that perfect kelpie mix of brains and heart, always eager to please and quick to learn.

She’s looking for a home where she’ll be loved as much as she gives love.
