About Aldo
*In foster care in Croydon, Sydney*
Aldo is such a handsome boy, and just as gorgeous on the inside! Since arriving in foster care he's absolutely thrived - it's clear that he loves being loved :)
Sweet Aldo has continued to gain in confidence every day. He's decided he'll take a good head scratch whenever he can get it, he's learnt to play with toys, and he's even started to enjoy cosying up on the couch with his foster human - giving himself away as quite the purrer!
If you have a relatively quiet home with a calm vibe, and maybe another low-energy cat or two, Aldo would love to meet you!
Like all Maggie's pets, Aldo is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be peaceful and serene, with a single person or couple who'll give me all the time and space I need to settle in. I adore treats - well, all kinds of food, really! - so that will definitely help us to form a bond of trust and love.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Playing with toys has been a delightful new discovery for me! - but that doesn't mean I want to do it non-stop. I'm a relaxed kind of guy at heart, content to spend most of my time snoozing, accepting cuddles or just hanging out with you.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids are a mystery to me at this stage, but I have a feeling that I'd find the younger ones (under 10) a bit overwhelming. Ideally, I like my humans calm and predictable.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along just fine with my foster brother - but he knows that I'm the one in charge! So any resident cats should probably be the easygoing (or at least tolerant) type :)
I haven't met any dogs since arriving in foster care.
Medical notes
Since arriving in foster care, Aldo has had a dental clean.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
