Meet Billy, the spirited and quirky greyhound with unique markings and an irresistible charm. Billy is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a friendly, loving, and adaptable dog who thrives in varied environments. Whether you're living in a house with a garden or an apartment in the heart of the city, Billy's adaptable nature shines through, as long as he has the right enrichment and his daily dose of sniffari adventures on a loose lead.
Billy has a friendly, sociable personality and loves the company of both humans and other dogs. He currently shares his home with a fellow greyhound and revels in the companionship, though he can also be your one and only, showering you with affection and playful antics. His exuberance is incredibly endearing, and he mingles well with dogs of all sizes, although smaller dogs may need a moment to adjust to his size.
Billy's list of lovable qualities is long. He has the youthful energy of a two-year-old but also knows how to embrace the greyhound lifestyle by sleeping it off for hours. His goofy affection is demonstrated through leaning into his humans and giving his toys a playful toss. Billy has excellent lead manners and is never shy about hopping into a car for a new adventure.
As he's settling into his new environment, he's becoming more comfortable and secure by the day. Billy's eagerness to please and love for his new family make him a delightful addition to any household.

Adoption details
The adoption fee is $395 and includes desexing, C5 vaccination, muzzle and lifetime registration in NSW.
Once we found a potential match, the following will happen:
- Phone chat with one of the HBH coordinators
- Phone chat with the foster carer
- Meet and Greet with the foster carer and the dog
- Setting up your personal support group through FB messenger or Whatsapp with Foster Carer and HBH coordinators
- House visit (virtual during Covid)
- Paperwork and Adoption fee to be returned to HBH
- Trial start (2 weeks)
- Final adoption!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
