Meet Clay, the delightful greyhound who is ready to weave his way into your heart! With an irresistible blend of playfulness and charm, Clay is the kind of dog that will bring both joy and tranquility to your life. His happiness is contagious, especially when it's time for a walk.
Clay's flexible nature means he's equally comfortable in an apartment or a house, making him a versatile companion for various living situations. He's easygoing when it comes to alone time and handes solo hours with ease (currently with other dog in the home). Whether he's the solo star of the household or sharing his space with other dogs like pugs, border collies, whippets or pointers, Clay gets along splendidly with his canine friends.
While Clay prefers the quiet charm of suburban life, he's not a fan of the hustle and bustle of city crowds. Cars don't bother him, so he's already a pro at navigating leafy streets. His manners on a lead are commendable, though he may pull a bit when startled, nothing a little practice can't cure!
Clay has no problems adapting to either experienced dog owners or someone who might be bringing a pet into their life for the first time. Playful, happy, and adaptable, Clay is waiting to fill your life with laughter, love, and countless memories. Clay's ability to hold toileting for up to 10 hours makes him even more accommodating, allowing you the peace of mind to manage your day without worry.

Adoption details
The adoption fee is $395 and includes desexing, C5 vaccination, muzzle and lifetime registration in NSW.
Once we found a potential match, the following will happen:
- Phone chat with one of the HBH coordinators
- Phone chat with the foster carer
- Meet and Greet with the foster carer and the dog
- Setting up your personal support group through FB messenger or Whatsapp with Foster Carer and HBH coordinators
- House visit (virtual during Covid)
- Paperwork and Adoption fee to be returned to HBH
- Trial start (2 weeks)
- Final adoption!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
