Le Chonk

Le Chonk is a fluffy, lovable gentleman with a heart as large as his paws. True to his name, he’s carrying a little extra around the middle, but don’t let that fool you, he’s already on a gentle weight-loss journey and doing his best to shed a bit of that chonk, one playful stretch at a time.

Underneath all that fluff is a sweet, easygoing soul who enjoys the simple things in life: comfy naps, head scratches, and slow strolls to the food bowl. He may not be running marathons just yet, but with a little encouragement (and maybe a feather toy or two), Le Chonk is making steady progress toward a healthier, happier life.

Le Chonk is also FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) positive, which might sound scary at first, but it really isn’t. Cats with FIV can live long, full lives with just a bit of extra care and regular vet checkups. He’d be happiest as the only cat in the home or with other FIV-positive feline friends but with his snuggly nature, he’s more than enough company all on his own.
