NOTE: You are unable to meet Ruby until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Ruby in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• WORKING/ACTIVE BREED KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
• Once i am old enough - Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family and not left outside 24/7 with no interaction.
• I am a puppy, so I WILL bite, chew things, toilet inside, bark & cry and be destructive. It is up to you to train these behaviours out of me. Please don't apply for me if you are not willing to put in the effort to train me to grow up to be a well behaved and social dog.
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation - I am a very intelligent little lady so will benefit from lots of enrichment/puzzle toys to keep my mind busy & mischief free!
• Being an active breed, I have a lot of energy so an active family is a must!
• SOCIALISATION is as important as training a puppy. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will ensure I grow into a social and well-adjusted dog.
• TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING. It's ESSENTIAL I receive training in all aspects of my life so I can be the best dog I can be when I'm older.

• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated (I love my fruit too)
• I already know how to sit
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs
• Social butterfly
• I am clever and eager to learn so would love a family who will teach me some cool tricks.
• I am mostly housetrained and used to being allowed inside!
• I LOVE toys
• Love snuggles on the couch
• Exuberant & full of beans

Where I need to improve / Training required:
• I will require further basic training as apart from already knowing how to sit I have had no training experience yet
