About Simba (62398)
Simba - A Husky with a Story to Tell
Simba is a stunning example of the husky breed, with the striking looks and spirited personality to match. Originally adopted from us a year and a half ago, Simba has recently found her way back into our care as a stray. How she ended up back here remains a bit of a mystery, but we're committed to helping her find the stable, loving home she deserves.
When Simba first came to us, she was understandably aloof, but she has since settled in and revealed her cheeky, playful side. She's tested well with other dogs and may do well with a well-matched male companion in her new home.
As a husky, Simba will require regular grooming and an active lifestyle - daily exercise and enrichment are essential to keep her physically and mentally stimulated. She is house trained, has some basic training under her belt, and has had experience around children as young as newborns. While she may suit a family environment, any children in the home will need to attend a meet-and-greet to ensure the right fit.
Simba has no known history with cats.
This beautiful girl has already had quite the journey - now she's ready for a forever home where she can thrive.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
