About Ripper
Meet Ripper, an adorable Jack Russell Terrier full of charm and personality! With his cute and friendly demeanor, Ripper is bound to bring joy and companionship to anyone lucky enough to welcome him into their home. His bum is always wagging as he doesn't really have a tail, especially when he's about to embark on his favorite activity—car rides! There's something about the open road that excites Ripper, and he loves feeling the wind in his fur as he looks out the window.
Though Ripper has an outgoing personality and a friendly nature, he's a bit shy when meeting other dogs. He's still figuring out how he feels about them and may approach with a bit of caution, but he has previously lived with another Jack Russell, showing that he can coexist peacefully with the right furry friend. While he’s probably inclined to chase cats due to his spirited nature, his intelligence and playful side always shine through.
At home, Ripper is accustomed to the cozy comforts of indoor living and enjoys snuggling up on his bed. With his friendly outlook and eagerness to explore when on an adventure, Ripper is the perfect companion for someone who appreciates the lively, lovable nature of a Jack Russell Terrier. If you’re looking for a dog with boundless energy and affection to give, Ripper might just be the perfect addition to your household.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
