About Coco
Meet our beautiful gentle giant Cocoš
Coco arrived in foster care with entropion eyelids and ulcers in both eyes. (yes thatās right this poor girl had eyelids and lashes rubbing against her eyes since birth). Both eyes have now had surgery to correct the eyelids as well as treat the ulcersā¤ļøā𩹠She is desexed and up to date with all vaccines and vet work!
Coco does have slightly allergic skin which is currently under control with a strict diet. (Worst case she may need a cytopoint every 3 months)š
Coco is 18 months old and is the sweetest, most loving girl youāll ever meet. She loves to cuddle up with you in your arms and preferably in your bedšļø (yip thatās 25kgs snuggled close and sharing your pillow). We would like to believe that Coco will adjust to sleeping in your room in her own bed, however, we cannot guarantee this as she just cannot resist a good snuggle at nightā¤ļø
Coco gets along well with other dogs𦮠and enjoys a good play at the dog park. She walks well on a lead and takes time to smell the roses along the way! She loves a ride in the car, and is happy to snooze while you drive.
She is 100% house trained (but always good to guide her in the first few days so she knows the routine). She will be well suited to a family with older kids as she can be a bit boisterous at times when she is excited. Coco is learning to sit, and stay and is always willing to please for a little treat.
She is on a diet of Big Dog raw food and Taste of the Wild dry food for her allergies. Coco loves all food so keeping her on a strict diet is important not only to maintain a good weight but for her skin!
She would love another desexed friend to play with and someone who is home a lot. While she is a good girl when left alone she does enjoy the company of her human and is a bit of a Netflix addict š”
If you think you are the perfect family for Coco, please follow the link to apply. Breed experience would be ideal but not essentialšš¼
