Hi I'm Mack Truck, and I'm ready to be your new best friend!

I'm a young dog who's back in shelter care through no fault of my own, and I'm hoping my forever home is still out there. I'm a big baby with an even bigger heart, and once I trust you, I'm all about kisses, snuggles, and following you around to make sure I don't miss out on any affection. If you've got hands for patting and arms for cuddling, I'll happily be there soaking up every bit of love.

I absolutely love toys, especially soft and squeaky ones, and I'm very toy-motivated! Playtime is one of my favourite ways to have fun and bond with my humans, so a home with plenty of toys would suit me perfectly.

I'm still learning how to be a well-mannered dog. I know how to sit when asked nicely, but I'm looking for someone patient who's happy to continue my training and help me build confidence through positive reinforcement. I'd love a home where we can grow and learn together.

I'll need to be the only dog in the household and avoid dog busy areas for the time being (what can i say? I want all your attention to myself!). I'd also do best in a home with secondary school-aged children or older, as I can get pretty enthusiastic and boisterous when I'm playing. Older kids suit me best because they understand my energy, my size, and when I might need a little space.
