2. Do you understand that Margie’s adoption fee to help covering part of her necessary medical costs, also to support other animals in our care and it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…)

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Gigi the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Gigi be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Gigi quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Gigi be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as she pleases? Please describe Gigi’s proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?

11. Could you please disclose your visa/residency status?
