About Trevor
Trevor (aka Big Red, The Comeback King, Lord of the Couch, Snack-Free Stud)
He’s been single all of 2025, and honestly… he’s had enough. Trevor’s ready to meet the one. Swipe right, humans.
Meet Trevor – 3 years old, Rhodesian Ridgeback, tall, ginger, loyal, emotionally available, and yes… he’s built like a Greek statue. If he had thumbs, he’d open doors for you and probably make your morning coffee.
Trevor’s had a tough start and even went through major lung surgery earlier this year. But now? He’s thriving. Think slow-motion beach running, sunshine, and main-character energy.
Trevor’s hobbies include:
🚗 Hanging his head out the car window like he’s in a shampoo ad.
🌳 River walks (with heavy emphasis on sniffing everything).
📺 Couch time, where he watches Netflix and silently judges your snack choices.
He’s lived peacefully with a 10-year-old Great Dane, so he’s cool with other dogs. Cats? Still an unsolved mystery — proceed at your own risk.
Now, let’s talk diet. Trevor’s on a fancy anallergenic kibble that keeps him in tip-top shape. Which means:
🍗 No treats.
🍪 No snacks.
🦴 No begging.
So if you do the girl math, that makes him cheaper to feed than your ex who “forgot” to pay for dinner.
Trevor’s ideal home? Someone who loves adventures, cuddles, and doesn’t mind losing 70% of their bed to a snoring ginger hunk.
If you’re ready for love, loyalty, and a 30-kg sidekick who thinks you’re the centre of the universe, email sarg.adopt@gmail.com and tell us about the home you can offer Trevor.
Medical notes
Trevor's health is well-maintained with a specific anallergenic dry kibble diet, which should be continued to ensure he remains in top form.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
