About Melt
Hello, I'm Melt! I'm a young, blue and tan, male kelpie puppy and I am ready to find a new family to call my own, and I promise I will Melt your heart!
I’m a friendly and bouncy boy who loves to be close to people but can also settle nicely in my crate for some quiet time. I’m a curious pup who enjoys exploring my environment and growing in confidence each day.
I am learning quickly, I can already sit on command and toilet trained, even overnight in my crate. I have seen rabbits and I’m not really interested in them, I’d much rather play with my staffy foster fur-friend instead! I love people watching with my foster family while they garden or have a coffee at the local cafe.
I would do best in a home with older children, as I prefer their predictable calm behaviour. I do need a family committed to continuing my socialisation and training to build on what skills I already have.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
