About Evie
Meet Evie - Your Next Leading Lady!
Just like the song says, Evie is a girl who's got style, heart, and a whole lot of love to give!
At just 8 months old, this gorgeous tabby and white sweetheart found herself in the shelter, but she's ready to turn the page and start her next chapter - with you!
Evie has previously lived in a multi-cat household, so she's open to feline friendships again. She'd thrive in a home with older children (10+) who can help her settle in gently, respect her space, and support her calm transition into family life.
Affectionate? Absolutely.
Evie's love is bursting at the seams - she's ready to roll into your life like the chorus of a great song. She's got the rhythm of cuddles, the melody of purrs, and the harmony of companionship.
🎶 Evie, Evie, Evie - she's all three!
Part 1: The playful kitten who'll chase your heart.
Part 2: The gentle soul who'll curl up beside you.
Part 3: The loyal companion who'll be your forever friend.
If you're ready to sing a new tune with a loving, expressive, and beautiful cat, Evie's waiting in the wings - ready to take centre stage in your life.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
