About Charlie - 10 Week Old Cattle Dog X
Charlie (AKA Stevie) is a very eager to please puppy who is adventurous, playful and smart!
Toilet training is coming along with improvements every day. He has mastered ‘sit’ and is improving with ‘stay’ Despite being very excited at food time, he manages to sit without asking, showing off his wonderful manners - even when his little tail is wagging a million miles and hour.
Charlie has no issue getting a harness on and is learning what the lead is all about.
His favourite activities are adventures exploring the backyard, a playful game of chase, resting in a sunny spot and he LOVES an early morning and night time cuddle on the lounge. He escapes off to his crate when overwhelm hits or it’s time for a nap.
Charlie travels well in the car (falls asleep generally). He sleeps through the night in his crate from 10pm to 5am
He has had a face to face meeting with a friend’s cat which went really well.
Charlie attended the New Annual street party on Friday night, carried in a puppy sling he took in the sights and sounds without any fuss, he wasn’t even phased by the marching band. The cuddle of the sling was his happy place.
Charlie will thrive with an active family, he is desperate to be part of the action and will grow to be a very loyal best mate.
His adoption fee is $800, which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
He is located in New Lambton, NSW. Since not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing by 6 months old.
