About Frederick
Hi there, I’m an Indian Ringneck looking for my forever home!
I’m a handsome and chatty fellow who just loves good food – beans, apples, grapes, sweet potato, cucumber, nuts, dried fruit, and especially dried bananas are some of my favorites. I’m also a real talker! I know lots of words and phrases, and I’ll keep you entertained with my happy chatter all day.
I do make some super loud noises when there’s laughing around – I’m not sure if I’m copying or just trying to join in on the fun! Either way, I’ve got a big personality and I’m not afraid to use my voice.
I was hand-raised, so I’m tame and used to being around people. Lately, I haven’t been out of my cage as much as I’d like, which means I’ve forgotten a few of my manners and can get a little bitey sometimes. With more time, patience, and out-of-cage companionship, I’ll be back to my sweet self in no time.
Right now, I’m in Assisted Rehoming because my owner no longer has the time to give me the attention I need and deserve. I’ll come with my cage and toys, so I’ll be all set to settle into my new home with you.
If you’re looking for a fun, talkative, and loveable feathered friend, I might just be the perfect match.-
