This sweet boy washed up at our doorstep just yesterday, and at first, he was like, "Uhhh... where am I and why is everything so... not-my-bed?" A bit timid, a bit nervous - the classic "new kid at the party who clings to the snack table" vibe. BUT! Underneath that cautious exterior is a certified Sweetheart in Training.

Now that he's had a little time to settle, Dover has started showing his true self - calm, gentle, affectionate, and deeply appreciative of a good head pat. He leans into touch like he's remembering what love feels like (spoiler: it's pats), and he's got that lovely "shy but social" charm that makes every moment of bonding feel like winning a prize.
