About Zena ⚔️
Howdy 🤠
My name is Zena aka Zeeny-Zucchini 🥒and Zeeny-Lemon Squeezey 🍋 (it may not seem like it given my nicknames but I swear my foster mummy and daddy do actually love me 🫣). It’s super nice to meet you! I’m an absolutely stunning calico kitty who is super sweet and adorable! I have a super loud purr that I love showing off!
Sadly, I was living rough on the streets. I thought I had met a nice little family of cats and I tried really hard to fit in and for them to like me, but it didn’t work out 😿 They just kept bullying me and some kind people noticed I wasn’t getting any food because I just wanted peace, not war - so they rescued me 💕 My foster parents also think I had an even tougher life before that because I can sometimes be a little bit scared of hands coming towards my face so they think my past owners were very mean to me :( I do not have a bad bone in my body though so I never, ever am mean towards anyone or anything else due to my past - if anything I try to be strong and brave but sometimes I am worried I could get hurt again so I put my head down and try and pretend I am not taking up any space.
I am now living a comfy life with my foster family and they accept me just as I am! Sweet, shy and playful! My favourite activities include watching tv shows with the family (Bluey and Spongebob are my favourite), playing with wands and my favourite mouse toy (don’t worry it’s not real, a real mouse would probably attack me, more than I would it 🫣) and chilling out in my window hammock watching the world go by!
After having such a rough start, I am still understandably a little bit timid and I will take a little bit of time to come around in a new environment. Once I warm up to you and my new home though, foster mummy and daddy think I will make a lovely addition and I think so too 🥰 I really just want to find a place where I belong with a nice warm lap for me to sit in, and a tv of course 😉 I have had interactions with other cats in my foster home and they really don’t phase me at all so I think I would be totally fine with other cats in the home, as long as they are nice to me 💕
Please feel free to text/call my foster mummy Sarah if you would like to meet me on 0401 348 782.
I always use my litter box 💅 and my vet work is all up do date including desexing, worming, flead, microchipping and 1st vaccination.

Adoption details
At Ozzi Hearts 4 Paws, we strive to ensure that every adoption is a perfect match, providing our rescued animals with loving forever homes. Our adoption process is designed to ensure the well-being and happiness of both the animals and their adoptive families. Here's how it works:
1. Application:
Prospective adopters begin by filling out an adoption application. This form helps us understand your lifestyle, preferences, and expectations, allowing us to match you with the most suitable companion.
2. Meet and Greet:
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we arrange a meet and greet with the animal(s) you're interested in. This gives you an opportunity to interact with the pet and determine if there's a connection.
3. Home Visit:
For certain animals, we may conduct a home visit to ensure that your living environment is safe and suitable for the pet you're interested in adopting. This step helps us ensure the well-being of both the animal and your family.
4. Adoption Agreement:
If the meet and greet goes well and your home is deemed suitable, we'll ask you to sign an adoption agreement. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties and serves as a commitment to providing a loving and forever home to the adopted pet.
5. Adoption Fee:
An adoption fee is required to help cover the costs associated with the animal's rescue, medical care, and rehabilitation. The fee varies depending on the age, breed, and medical history of the animal but typically includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
6. Take Your New Family Member Home:
Congratulations! Once the adoption process is complete and the adoption fee is paid, you can take your new furry family member home. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information, including medical records, feeding guidelines, and tips for a smooth transition.
7. Follow-Up Support:
Our commitment to you and your new pet doesn't end after adoption. We offer ongoing support and guidance to help ensure a successful transition and a lifetime of happiness for both you and your furry friend. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
