About Rocket
Meet Rocket, a little netherland dwarf, which means I have a huge personality to make up for my tiny body! Some gentle daily handling will help me gain confidence in being around people. Rocket would do best in a home with calm teens and adults.
Rocket is looking for a home where he will be indoors, especially due to his light features. He will needs lots of things to do during the day when you are not home, such as enrichment toys and tunnels. Rocket likes to investigate new people, places and smells and can't wait to explore his new home.
Rocket is a naturally shy, curious and independent rabbit, and would love a bun friend to go home with, pending a meet and greet. If you're looking for your a new furry friend, the zoom in to Burwood today!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
For horse, livestock or poultry enquiries please email horsesandlivestock@rspcavic.org.au
