About Bolt
Note: This dog is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another dog.
Meet Bolt, a sweet and soulful companion who's quickly stolen the hearts of his foster family. Affectionate, social, and always ready for a cuddle, Bolt loves to be wherever his humans are-whether it's lounging on the couch, napping in a sunny window with the cats, or tagging along for a trip to a café or kids' sports game. He settled into foster care immediately and has been a relaxed, respectful housemate to all-humans and animals alike.
Bolt is great with other pets, including dogs, cats, and even rabbits, and is very intuitive with the energy of those around him.
He's very cuddly (and a bit clingy!), always ready to roll over for chest scratches or gently insert himself into any patting session. Bolt sleeps through the night, travels well in the car, and has even picked up on some routines at home. He's not fussy about names-he responds to pretty much any call, and he'll come running just to be part of the action.
Bolt does have one quirk-he tends to mark indoors, despite understanding the concept of toilet training. It's a behaviour that will need a bit of patience and consistency to manage, but aside from that, his foster carers say he's been one of the easiest, most well-balanced foster dogs they've had.
If you're looking for a loving shadow who fits into any situation and just wants to be by your side, Bolt might be your perfect match.
