Hi, I’m Teddy. Mr. Handsome, if you’re formal 😉

Nature
King of the Couch, Emperor of the Afternoon Nap, and undisputed Ruler of Smooch Land. My kingdom? Anywhere I can stretch out, yell for snacks, and gently boop you with my bum when I want attention (which is often).

I’m an expert good boy, certified by… well, everyone who’s met me. My purr is loud, my cuddles are intense, and my meow? Oh, you’re going to hear all about my day. I’ve got a lot to say and I expect you to listen — preferably while scratching under my chin or offering me treats.

Basically, if you’re looking for a big-hearted chatterbox with the looks of a teddy bear and the affection of a full-time snuggle monster — I’m your guy.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I get along just fine with other cats. I’m a social guy, but I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting any dogs yet, so we’d have to see how that goes.

Likes / Dislikes
Food is the way to my heart, and lucky for you, I’m not picky. I’m a litter tray pro, because obviously, I’m house-trained and house-proud.

My PURR-fect home would be one where I would get lots of love and attention and one where I have another kitty as company for when you go out and as a snuggle buddy. I have been in foster with some other cats and I loved them all, so would be cool if you have another kitty as I don’t want to be a solo kitty!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical Notes: Teddy has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect his immune system, however, he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV Teddy will need to be an indoor only cat. FIV cats can live harmoniously with other cats however slow introductions are required to ensure they do not fight.
