About Aurora
Meet Aurora!
Aurora didn’t have the easiest start in life. When she first came into care at around one year old, she was shy, shut-down cats who weren’t quite sure if humans could be trusted. With time, patience, and plenty of love in foster care, she has blossomed into a sweet-natured companion who is ready to find her forever home.
Aurora has truly come into her own. She’s curious, and loves to explore. She is very timid and is looking for an experienced cat owner experienced with timid cats that can continue working on their socialisation.
Once she overcomes her shyness, she enjoys pats, chasing toys, and showing off her smarts with treat puzzles. Aurora’s playful personality shines brighter every day.
Despite her tough beginnings, Aurora has never shown aggression.
💆♀️ Grooming: This fluffy gal will need regular brushing to keep her coat looking their best. She's currently learning to tolerate combs and soft brushes (with lots of tasty treat rewards), so adopters will need to continue this positive training.
🏡 Her ideal home:
• A quiet, adult-only household with experienced cat owners.
• Indoor-only, although she would love access to a safe enclosed catio
• With another cat, Shiloh (https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1201049 ) or even a gentle dogs.
If you’re patient, kind, and ready to give Aurora the time she needs to fully blossom, you’ll be rewarded with a gentle, loving companion who will brighten your world every day.
