About Liski
Liski may be small at just 6kg, but she has a big personality and a whole lot of love to give. Sadly, her owner is very unwell and can no longer care for her, so this spirited little lady is now searching for a safe, patient and loving new home.
At heart, Liski is a people-dog through and through – she adores adults and children alike, and laps up every bit of affection that comes her way. She’s playful, loves a game of fetch, enjoys car rides and cuddles, and will happily make you laugh with her cheeky, energetic ways.
Liski is toilet trained and can use a dog door. She has some recall, but she’s not the best walker on lead. She’s also not safe around other animals, as her spunky side comes out in the form of chasing cats and not wanting to share space with other pets. For this reason, she’ll need to be your one-and-only furry family member.
Like many seniors, Liski has arthritis. She receives regular injections and takes Forcyte with her meals to keep her comfortable. She’ll need a family who can continue her care and keep her feeling her best.
Liski does struggle with separation anxiety and can be vocal when left alone or bored, so she’s best suited to a household where someone is around most of the time. Thunderstorms also worry her, so she’ll need reassurance and a safe space during storms.
In return, Liski will fill your life with devotion, cuddles, and a fun-loving spirit that shines brighter than her years.
If you can open your home – and your heart – to this spunky little senior, Liski is ready to be your loyal companion.
