Hi, I’m Winston.

I’m 5 years old and a Domestic Medium Hair x Maine Coon.

I’m not the kind of cat who makes a great first impression – and I think that’s part of why I’ve been misunderstood. I’m not going to run up to you for cuddles or roll over for belly rubs straight away. But if you’re someone who’s patient, calm, and really understands cats – especially Maine Coons – then I promise I’ll be worth the wait.

You see, I need time. Time to settle. Time to feel safe. Time to get to know you on my own terms. But once I do… I’ll show you who I really am. And that cat? He’s gentle, loyal, affectionate in quiet ways, and absolutely worth knowing.

I’m looking for a peaceful, loving home. One where I can take things slow, where there’s no pressure or loud noises, and no small children. I’d be best suited to a home without kids under 12, and with people who understand that I’m not “just a cat” – I’m Winston.

Because of my Maine Coon background, I’d really do best with someone who knows the breed – someone who gets that I’m a little bit proud, a little bit sensitive, and very particular. I like things a certain way, and when life is calm and predictable, I’m at my best.

I need indoor/outdoor access, but it has to be secure – a catio would be perfect. I love to lounge in the sun and feel the fresh air on my whiskers, but I must be safe while doing so.
