About Bishop
Meet Bishop - the sweetest gentleman you'll ever meet! Bishop is a well-adjusted, affectionate, and easygoing dog who settled into foster care almost immediately. He has excellent manners, loves his crate at night, and is fully toilet trained. Bishop enjoys nothing more than being close to his people, whether that's snuggling on the couch, soaking up pats, or happily greeting visitors with a wagging tail and big smile. He's friendly with everyone he meets, including children, and makes a wonderful walking companion with his happy, tail-wagging enthusiasm.
Bishop gets along very well with other dogs and has been living harmoniously with his foster siblings. He's curious about cats and may give chase, but with the right supervision and confident feline friends, he learns to respect their space. He loves his daily walks and would be just as happy exploring new places on a run or hike. Bishop also travels beautifully in the car - in fact, it's one of his absolute favourite things to do.
This clever boy already knows sit, drop, shake, and has an excellent recall. He has worked hard on his manners and now takes food gently. Bishop spends his days relaxing outside with other dogs while his carers are at work, and then soaks up all the love and attention inside with the family when they're home. Affectionate, adaptable, and endlessly loving, Bishop really is one in a million - ready to become someone's best friend and devoted companion.
Note: This dog is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another dog.
